A Philadelphia company's appeal for egg donors and surrogate mothers is raising eyebrows.......
New York's Empire State Stem Cell Board has decided to allow women to receive payment worth as much as $10,000 for donating their eggs to government-funded. New York, they are talking about something like $5,000. In Australia I think it would be less but we would have to talk about what would be appropriate in these circumstances.
